About Us

Making It A Better Place became a Not for Profit organization on December 16, 2009, and we officially became a 501c3 as of September 2010. This organization is not only about helping other organizations with funding to reach out to their specific passion but also to encourage people to find time to help, to volunteer or do things that can make a difference. No matter how small, there is always a way to give and reach out.

One person can make a difference, and we know that it is the little things that matter. That's why we are building community awareness to local charities in the Charlotte, NC area and helping assist those charities in raising funds for their cause. By building a network of people who are committed to change, we hope to influence a generation and guide them into a future of selflessness.
